Mr. James Deng is a Vice President of Finance. He joined Sohu in 2001 and previously served as finance director, senior finance director. He was CFO of Sogou when it was listed in NYSE in 2017.  Mr. Deng received a Bachelor's degree in engineering from China Agricultural University, a Master's degree in finance from Peking University, and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
