As a result, Sohu.com (Game) Ltd. may be deemed to beneficially own 70,250,000 Class A ordinary shares of the Issuer pursuant to Rule 13d-3 under the Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”). Class B ordinary shares are not reportable on this Statement on Schedule 13G (this “Schedule 13G”) pursuant to Rules 13(d) and (g) under the Exchange Act. |
